USB Unrecognized and Format BS

I can't get my USB drives to be recognized for their actual size, they keep popping up as 200MB but their actual sizes are 4GB +. Anyone know how to solve this? I talked to Apple support about this and they didn't help at all. I talked to them because the drives were recently on OS X and I thought that was the issue. 

 

This issue is happening with Windows.

Thank you!!!!! Hey, yeah it shows 3.73 GB on the left, I don't know what the issue is though

It's only seeing the first partition. Do you need anything off the drive?

Nope, this is a drive that I was pretty much about to throw out if nothing got fixed, I know it's some kind of software issue though for sure

Untick the box that says "create a bootable disk" and format it. It will take off the other bootable partitions also and giev you the full capacity back.

You can format it with disk management to remove the extra partitions or use the software paddy-stone suggested.

Which is why I posted the software for you to do it... I knew that there might be a problem. Mostly you get these sorts of problems when a USB disk has been used for a bootable drive. Follow the steps I said above and it'll be fine, takes about 10 seconds.

I got it, tried it out in OS X and did some research apparently it must be "master boot record" under the formatting label. It's strange that I couldn't have this done in Windows though to fix it. Anyway, thanks for the help.
