Not exactly sure what the problem is here.  I'm running Ubuntu 16.04, and my second display (television) has everything extending off the screen.  Its hard to explain, so I attached two pictures, one from my monitor and the other the tv.  As you can see the word "Ubuntu" is cut off in the bottom left.  On top the hilt of the sword is cut off.  Anyone know how to fix this?  Both are running at native 1080p.

It's a standard behavior of TVs. You need to go into the TV's settings menu and turn it off, usually it's labelled under "Aspect Ratio" or "Scan". The default setting is usually "16:9", you need to change it to something like "Just Scan", "Dot-by-Dot", "1:1", or something of that nature. Or just try all the options if all else fails.
