Hi. I'm not sure if this topic is at the right place but let's try.

So, first, I have a FX8320 in a Fatality 990FX Killer motherboard, with 8G of RAM and a crossfire of two HD7870, running Win 10 in a 2T SSHD. My drivers are up to date, and the Windows is almost fresh.

The problem:
When i start a download in a game launcher, or Steam, my PC start to micro freeze.
To be more clear, for a example, I'm updating Star Citzen and trying to listen to NFS U2 soundtrack. When I started the download, my music start to pop in and out, and my mouse cursor started to move in steps. It happend with Steam before.

I have no Idea what is happening, in the task managers it seems all nice too.

Thanks, If i committed any english error, I'm sorry too, not my primary language.

Are your all drivers (mainly audio, chipset and LAN) updated? That kind of thing suggests issues with CPU and/or RAM.

Yeah, I figured that had to do with chipset drivers or CPU, but yes, my drivers are up to date, so no clue.

You said Windows is almost fresh. Does it mean this has been issue from the start or did you do something prior to this?

Sorry for the late reply.
It means that I just formated the PC. But I had this problem before, but only with Win 10.
