Enermax USB RUBBER FAN NOT SPINNING

Hello,

I recently purchased an Enermax usb fan.

The lights work fine, but the computer does not recognize the usb and the fans don't actually spin, rendering it useless.

Try a different USB port only thing I really can think of for something like this as it's a USB fan is it's not getting enough amperage to drive the fan.

Well, I put on the magnetic cover thingy and it works. FML

That's odd to say the least unless it was something of a safety switch I assume...
