GTA Launch Error

GTA was working a few days ago and now when I try to launch it I get this error message : 

 

 

Regardless as to whether I click yes or no on the pop up, nothing will open, the window will disappear, and GTA will be running in the background in task manager (while using little to no resources) and thats all. I tried to launch the game in safe mode because when I go to launch it after this error, it says GTA quit unexpectedly, safe mode does the same thing tho.

I'm sorry for going off-topic but damn that is a nice rain meter setup. Could you by any chance link it to me?

I cant link it to you, but I can tell you what Im using.

Honeycombs (for the main applications in the center + top left)

SimpleMedia (clock and small trash can in top left)

Monstercat Visualizer (music)

 

Keep in mind that I removed the visualizer bars on the Monstercat Visualizer (easily done through the settings)

after each update for gta you will need to do this, it may take a few days for the scriphook to be updated to the new version though so after an update you have to be a bit patient
