M using windows 10 on my laptop. Since yesterday my laptop wont go past the bpot screen. So i held the power button down to shut it down. After trying to start  it a couple of times system tried to start the automatic repair failing to do that as well. But this time i got a blue screen error saying machine check_check_exception. So i ran the diagnostics and found no hardware error. What could da problem be ?

When you say boot screen, you mean it's loading Windows, with the dots going in a circle, yes?  Since it's not working anyway, I would try reinstalling Windows.  That should fix it unless it's a hardware problem, but there's nothing to suggest it is at this point.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

Sounds like a hardware issue then.  Most likely the motherboard or RAM.  I would rule out GPU since you're getting video output (though it is possible), and I would rule out HDD defects since it can't even boot from USB.  And since you're having trouble booting an entirely different OS, we can rule out software issues with Windows.
