Which is better for fps games that require precision and reaction?

Intel Core i7 4790 CPU  - Stock cooler - Gigabyte GTX 1080 GPU

 

Asrock Z97 Pro4 Motherboard - HyperX 16GB DDR3 1866 MHz Ram (Dual Channel) - Cooler Master V750 PSU

 

 

Samsumg Evo 250gb SSD - Segate 2TB - NZXT S340 Mid-tower.

If you're playing fps a lot, you might want to look at a TN panel with a low input lag and high refresh rate something in the realm of 144Hz. 

You can go IPS if you want color accuracy and higher input lag.

I was referring to a 144hz 1ms monitor with either freesync or lightboost.

Freesync. Lightboost only changes the strobing on your backlight.

It does, but since your frame rate is not always going to be perfect, Freesync is to me the better tech to go for.

Lightboost isnt good with variable framerates?
