best GPU for IRACING

Hello,

Im looking for a new GPU to handle 3 24" monitors at 144Hz. I’m running now a Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 OC with Boost 3GB DDR5. I’m running only one Asus VG248QE 24-inch at 144Hz looking to soon buy two more screens. I’m only playing IRACING on it so my knowledge is that I need the most FPS I can get. Now in reaching 130 to 140 FPS and the game runs smooth. I don’t want to run 3 screens and my FPS slows way down and I get motion sick. So what do you guys think I should upgrade do? Spending limits are ($500)
