PC won't boot. Need help troubleshooting.

I am trying to fix an older computer of mine. It was once serviced for restarting every so often, because of the motherboard being to fastened to the case. 

 

Now I am experiencing other troubles with it, and would love to get some help from you in figuring out what that problem is.

 

Every time I turn it on it restarts 5-10 seconds after. It doesn't even connect to the screen.

 

What do you guys think might be causing this?

Make sure your video card is plugged in securely and remove components of the system that aren't necessary to try and pinpoint the issue

Ok i dc'ed the GPU and the system booted. I reconnect it. It boots. I remount the motherboard to the cache and close the cache. It won't boot. What next?

I took out some ram and connected the monitor. It boots. No restart. However, the screen is not getting any signal...

Think I sorted it. Was the ram not connected properly
