Facebook is f****d up

Hello. All of a sudden Facebook started showing this. Only in Chrome. I tried the following:

 

Disable Kaspersky

Disable addons

Delete cache and cookies

Reset Chrome

Uninstall Chrome

FORMAT PC.

 

After format it was working for about 20 mins and then back to this weird text. Is there any way to fix it?

Have you tried to delete cookies?

First of all thanks for the many and quick answers. Yes I tried reboot. I even reseTed the pc and reinstalled windows (clean install). After the reset it work for an hour and then this again
