I know it's on the 10th, but at what? Midnight tonight at PST or something? 

 

Also, do most websites release them at the same time?

I don't think we know what time they'll become available, if you need one that badly you'll have to f5 away.

I imagine i could f5 a forum and someone would post, pcmr maybe due to sheer amount of users?
