Poor fps

So i started getting low fps is all my games and i cant figure out what is causing it.

 

my rig:

Radeon Software Version - 16.5.3
Radeon Software Edition - Crimson
Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon (TM) R7 370 Series
Memory Size - 4096 MB
Memory Type - GDDR5
Core Clock - 1030 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 24 GB
CPU Type - AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor

What is your example of low and WHAT settings? Your system can't exactly shoot out 60+FPS in AAA games max settings.

i have everything set as low as it will go and get 15 to 20 fps

Make sure your drivers are up to date.

Also make sure "Multi-core rendering" Is enabled In the games...

What games are you talking about?

all drivers are up to date and arma 3 csgo the forest in cs go i was getting 200+ now i get 30

So I might have found my main problem when I was checking my fans for dust I may have missed I felt my GPU was hot and when testing with csgo the fans did not come on so I used manual setting at 100% and got a massive fps boost from 30 to 150 I just am not sure what's making the fans not come on. this GPU is a week old

I have found the problem 100% I have a bad slow mode switch it is staying on when in off position so i have to RMA my broad. Thanks for the help anyway.
