I personally would recommend getting some extension cables to give you some play for cable management. Also, why are you going with Windows 8.1?

i forgot to change it i am going windows 10. i just havent updated it

As for extension cables, is that sata, 24pin Mobo Conector and PCI-E Conectors

Really should get a USB and Audio header extension, the 4+4 CPU power extension and the 24pin extension. Depending on how your doing your fans, maybe a few 3 or 4pin fan cables.

For all my builds within the last half year I've done, I didn't need any extensions. so you should be fine

Looking at the card, it uses a single 6 pin which your PSU should have and will be of fine length. No need for extension cables on that.
