A new build

So I'm planning to build a computer for my uncle in Mexico. This will be an upgrade from a very crappy HP laptop. For the case I am thinking between the one listed or one I already have
(I bought it on accident) a Rosewill FBM-01. I still need to get the OS which will be Windows and I can probably just get a cheap wireless keyboard and mouse combo some where.

Does your uncle need a 2GB graphics card and a 1tb HDD and 8GB of RAM? If not you could probably downgrade and i would suggest SSD if you dont need the 1TB.

Graphics, maybe. 8GB more likely because I personally found out that 4GB is not really that good anymore, but I could downgrade that. On the HDD he definitely does not need 1TB, an SSD would go nicely in this build, so I'll consider that.
