Trying to put together a decent office workstation on like a 400 bucks budget.

Haven't been picky on any of the parts yet, so could change it up.. but it's kinda an idea
Does not have to run any games or any heavy graphical creative software. Just aiming for fast web browsing, office work and hd video streaming.
Only has to run a single 1080p monitor!

I was thinking I could go with some on-board GPU instead of something like the GTX 750. Do I have to be picky on the CPU if I want to run the on-board GPU? I have never done this, what would be a good CPU? Or would you really recommend a GPU anyway? I have no intentions of making it a mini pc. Mini atx or micro atx doesn't really matter.

On-board or cheap GPU and maybe save on other parts?
