First Build Questions

Hey guys! I am completely new to building computers so for the past month I have been trying to learn everything I can. Here is a list of what I am thinking of building, but I am sure there are ways I can make it faster for about the same amount (or less) of money. I will mainly be using this setup for gaming, and streaming after picking up some more equipment. I would love to hear any tips or suggestions you have. Also, what are some things I will need for the actual build process? I know I need an anti-static mat/bracelet, but I was wondering if there are any other things I may need. Thanks in advance, and the link to my parts list is below!

Don't need an i7 for gaming

The CPU is a k series, meaning it can be overclocked with that board

The RX 480 is a $200 graphics card with better performance than the 980, wait until the end of the month for it.

The PSU is much better in terms of internal component quality.

Get the OS off of Kinguin, G2A or /r/microsoftsoftwareswap for like $25.

When building, don't wear socks on carpet. An anti static mat/anti static wristband isn't really necessary.

Would getting an i5 be able to withstand streaming, and stuff like that? Or would getting an i7 be worth instead of having to upgrade in a year or so? Thank you for this though, I definitely appreciate it!

An i7 would do better for streaming, the extra threads will help.
