5820k will beat the 6700k in rendering and OC almost match it in gaming. The 5820k has more OC headroom but will output more heat so get a bigger cooler.

Will an hyper 212x be good for overclocking,or should I just get h100i

Having an enthusiast grade CPU will require you some extra money. Otherwise imo it's just a waste and go for the "cheaper" loadout. These kind of decisions are sometimes the time to go all-in for your rig.

I'd get a Hyper 412 at least, better a Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro, CM Master Air Maker 8 or Noctua NH-D15.

 

Water Cooling AIO are nice but I think the thought of water damage is just too scary for me with a $500+ CPU and Mainboard inside. And a 240 radiator will perform almost the same as a good dual tower heatsink.
