Condenser Mic & Audio Interface

Well, it's been a couple of years since I used my Blue Snowball Mic and now I'm getting back into youtube and just realized that there are no drivers for Windows 8 or 10. So, I'm going to need to pick up a condenser mic and an audio-interface...

 

I have absolutely no idea how any of it works, what to buy that will give me similar or better quality and not any better(as I don't want to pay more than I have to) and I would really appreciate some help.
