Intel DQ35JOE overclock Bios?

Hello there,

I own an Intel Q6600 and am currently trying to overclock it. I own the Intel DQ35JOE motherboard and have learnt that I don't think there is a overclock feature in any of its bios versions (As far as I know). I think I have the oldest bios version (0559) so I may try updating it to latest which is version 1143. If none of that works and I still cant find anything on an overclock feature, Are there any custom Bios versions for overclocking on this motherboard? And where can I get it?

 

Also another question, If anyone has experience with overclocking with this CPU then please tell me what speed they got and how they got there.
