Work station build

Looking to build a general use/work station build for my parents and could use some suggestions. Thinking of going with the I7 6700 on a micro atx board, 8gb of memory, and a 1 tb ssd in the define r5. Looking for some suggestions on the graphics card, with at least 1 hdmi out, and any tweaks on my idea so far. There won't be any real gaming on this computer and looking to hopefully stay under $1,000. Thank you in advance for any help provided.

This should be able to handle almost everything anyone can possibly throw at it.

Not the V300. And this is a 1k budget. You can do so much better on the PSU.

yeah i agree. I just put it together randomly, upto the OP to decide on what he really wants, just gave him a rough idea.
