Windows 10 - Computer Not Working At All!!

Hey, 

 

So I have just turned my computer on it was acting strange last night (took 18 minutes to shut down?) and now my whole system is just broken! 

 

I cannot not connect to the Internet apparently (despite it being hard wired into the router and Windows is saying I have a good connection and Internet access) but my internet is working fine. Also I can't ope any programs when I click on them nothing happens. I can't search when I try too it just searched forever never returning any results. I can't open CMD to Sfc/scannow and my AVG has disabled itself. 

 

Please help.

There is no option but to reinstall.

Without a disk... I only have a Win7 disk and a restore point from like... 3 years ago

Are you able to open Task Manager?

I literally can do nothing all I can do is turn it on and log in

So Control Alt Delete doesn't work?
