Well half your parts aren't chosen :/. But the rest is compatible. I would be going for a processor with higher cores though. The processors you have chosen only have 2 cores each and being an old processor means that it doesn't have much power compared to a newer processor. However if you do only want to do light gaming it should be fine as it does have a nice high clock speed for a server processor. When you choose a power supply I would be double checking if it will be compatible with your board as you might need extra 4 pin connectors due to the 2 x CPU's and a connector for the graphics card.

Have fun. These type of builds are always the most fun and best to show off xD

I would think definitely HOWEVER, the X5492 compared to the X5270 is a massive power increase from 80w to 150w. So keep that in mind as it can make finding a power supply harder and more expensive too if the power needs are high

True. But we saw how well that worked in scrapyard wars 3 :S

If you do it properly, then it will be fine. I know the Corsair 900D has 2 PSU slots for that very reason.

Hey again. Sorry its taken me a week. I didn't realize I had notifications. Really sorry

That power supply would be fine. As long as you are able to get enough power to the cpu's and if you are going to have gpu's then that too.

There are a couple better CPU's too. The best one in that line up is actually the X5690.

Again sorry for taking so long to respond. And if you have already done the build I hope it went really well
