Go to "File > Adobe Dynamic Link > Import After Effects Composition..." and browse to the After Effects project you want to import.

So I am making this clip which I need a lower thirds for. I downloaded one of those "[FREE] 30 LOWER THIRDS PACK!" off youtube and I changed the text and now I don't know how to take it from AE to PP. 

I can post screen shots if needed.
