If you're only going to browse the web and watch videos, why not get a Raspberry Pi?

Thy hath sinneth, and in thy life thou hast fallen to an unholy, unspeakable level of humanity. Thou hast given into your basest needs. And suffered many years under thine Satan-box. However, if thine be willing, as thy hast show yourself to be, thy can ascendeth into thy glorious fold of the glorious church. Go well, my brother, may your temps be low and your frames high. ~ MrDynamicMan

$300 is the minimum to build a working pc unless you buy from ebay

I already have 2 parts sitting in my room ready to be put into a PC that's why there is a $250 budget because I don't need to spend money on a motherboard and HDD

According to http://ark.intel.com/products/90729/Intel-Core-i3-6100-Processor-3M-Cache-3_70-GHz, the CPU won't be able to use all the 2400MHz. Highest it can use is 1866MHz

I'm trying to build s Haswell machine the motherboard I already have thats sitting in my room is a LGA1150 socket

Look for a used 4670, some cheap RAM, a halfway decent case, and a cheap Seasonic or XFX PSU, an EVGA B2 would also work. Just ask someone on here for a spare stock cooler and pay shipping
