Every monitor is a little different, owing mainly to either defects in the manufacturing process taking them off-spec, or them just being a not-very-good panel to begin with.  If two screens are quite noticeably different, at least one of them is likely rather poor.

go into the monitors control panel and check the brightness/contrast settings. a lot of monitors, like TV's, have the settings cranked.... maybe for testing before they leave the factory floor and are boxed.

One of my monitors has something called x-contrast. deselecting that one item reduces the brightness by 50%.

I also have another If you don't mind answering, since I have two monitors now, I want to have dual monitor but I'm not sure if I can connect them together. There are no hdmi ports, only vga(the blue one I believe) and dvi.(the white one I believe)

You don't need to connect monitors to each other, just connect each one to the computer individually.

and if you do that, please use DVI for both.  If your video card does not have two DVI outputs, convert to it from HDMI or some other digital method.  VGA is analog and has no place in the modern world.
