Good for video editing?

Hello, I use mostly sony vegas platinum for video editing because it just contains the basic things that I need and nothing more.
Right now I have a hp stream 11, like you may expect, not strong enough to do video editing.

I have a laptop in sight that is light weight, not big of a size for travelling.

My question to all of you smart people out there, is this laptop going to be strong enough for sony movie platinum 13?

the latest Atoms CPUs are quad core, I got one in a £60 tablet, but its slow as fuck

 

core count and clock speed are pretty meaningless, the pentium is only  a slight step up from your celeron, even if it was 50% faster it would still be terrible to edit on

 

You might just about be able to edit but it wont be the best experience

There are some nice lenovos for like 500 too with i5s and 8gb

ah 11.6, you will be severely limited in choice since most 11.6" laptops have limited perforamance
