OK, As IDK what's your country:

Look in your shop(s) for the price of:

CPU: AMD A8-7600

MB: Any FM2+ board

RAM: Any 8 GB DDR3 Stick, if 2 4 GB sticks doesn't cost that much, pick that better. The higher frequency, the better, beyond 2133 MHz might not be worth it

Case: Look at any you like, at least where I live this budget leaves 50 € for case

PSU: Be quiet system power 7 and Xilence Performance A are way more than enough for such build, but if you can (didn't mention first as in Europe they aren't that easy to get at low price) Seasonic Bulk PSUs (300/350 W)

HDD: WD Blue/Seagate barracuda 1 TB, If you don't need that much look if a 240/250/256 GB SSD fits your budget (something like Adata SP550)

CPU:  ~77EUR

MB: ASRock FM2A78M Pro4, ~68EUR

RAM:  Crucial 8GB 1600MHz , ~28EUR

Case: X2 mini-tower pc gamer case - 6021B NEXTYDE series - ATX , ~24EUR

PSU: I think this will work - be quiet! power supply SYSTEM POWER B8 - 350W, 80PLUS, bulk , ~39EUR

HDD: Caviar Blue 1000GB, 7200rpm, 55EUR

Total: 291EUR

Welp, fits in the budget :P

Just a few comments, case seems fine, I'd look comments/reviews just to confirm that it doesn't bend.

PSU: is a decent FSP based unit, not the best thing in the world but it will handle the system and you'd upgrade to a 950-like (or future equivalent= GPU without problem if it was needed.

I'm kind of curious about the mb choice though. You don't need to get such a good MB for that CPU, but I see rich I/O, is that the reason :P?

I picked the cheapest FM2 MB I could find. I didin't even look at the picture of it xD

Well... the cheapest FM2+ board in that site seems to be this: http://www.inida.lt/E-parduotuve/Kompiuteriu-dalys-serveriu-dalys/Sistemines-plokstes-kompiuteriams/FM2A58M-VG3-R2-0-MB-AMD-A58-SFM2-MATX-FM2A58M-VG3-R2-0-ASROCK.html

And if I'm not mistaken it's in stock (1-3 days)

Oh OK that is the chapest one. 1-3 days that's the delivery time xD
