Backup question

Hi,

 

I am looking into software that would allow me to sync data from an internal backup server to another backup server located externally, I would need the backup to be able to detect file changes and the sync the changes. I have tried using goodsync and it seems to work but takes best part of 5 hours to compare the data before it will sync.

 

I need to backup around 1.5TB of data to a external system so we have a copy of the data if the main set was destroyed,

 

any suggestions are welcome.
