Need help with PC upgrade(s)

This is my current PC build:

(I have this PC for 2 years)
CPU: i7 4770 non k
GPU: MSI TwinFrozr GTX 770 2GB
MOBO: MSI Z87-G45 (Gaming Edition)
RAM: 8GB
PSU: 700W
HDD: 1TB Seagate

I want to buy upgrade my GPU to an aftermarket GTX 1070. Is there a component that would cause a bottleneck? I'm also planning to buy an additional storage drive since my current one is almost full, but I'm still deciding on what I should buy. Should I buy a HDD + SDD or an SSHD? And what are the most reliable ones?

For the Drives, get a SSD and an HDD, because SSHD's have been known to not be very reliable, and often burn out Much faster than an HDD or an SSD. The most Reliable HDD seller is Western Digital, and their Caviar series of HDD Hard Drives. For an SSD, I like to use PNY's SSD's because they are cheap, and they have high performance for an SSD.

SSD + HDD in my opinion, samsung evo is good for reliability, but there are others that are good too.

As for the other components, I am not that experienced in because my PC is not nearly up to date with any games or software today, ( My PC is from 2005 ;-; ) But If I did know, i would certainly tell you!

Sorry,  forgot... there should be no component bottlenecking the system when you have the SSD installed.
