Upgrade (Downgrade?) Plan

Hi guys! I'm moving out of home soon to a flat with some friends, and there isn't the greatest amount of room for things such as my PC, the way it is right now. I have a Corsair C70 case, and it's huge for being a Mid tower. I was thinking, with new cases and GPU's etc coming out now, it might be the best for me to upgrade my PC as well as downgrading to a smaller form factor.

 

My current system:

i5 4670k

Gigabyte Z87X-D3H

8GB HyperX 1600Mhz

Gigabyte GTX 960 Gaming Edition (3 fans)
Corsair C70

650W EVGA Supernova NEX Gold

 

 

I've got my eyes on a few of the smaller cases, such as the new Define Nano S, however I'm also a fan of the new PSU covers people are bringing to the table. Basically, I'm looking for suggestions of an upgrade path, both on a form factor and hardware scale.

Budget: anything but not overboard. I *think* my 4670k still has a good while left in it as well as my PSU, so maybe just get a new motherboard and more RAM

S340 is a really small mid tower, to too expensive (69 USD)

not sure your gpu will fit though, from measuring it might JUST be able to fit a 290mm card and yours is 298 according to specs

I'm tempted to get a new GPU, either a 1070 or even go crossfire 480's depending on how good they are. If I went for the latter, I'd have to go micro ATX
