Does the amd athlon 5350 have a built in Apu? And if it does Is it a good quad core cpu to use?

Yes it has a built in APU, would not use for anything more intensive than web browsing and MC.

What kind of workstation? For Microsoft Office work, it's probably good enough. Just keep in mind it's an extremely low-end CPU and it won't perform well beyond that sort of work. It does have very low-end "Radeon R3" integrated graphics. They don't get more specific than that.
