Windows button+G Dose`nt work any more windows 10

I used to be able to record videos when I pressed those 2 buttons together  but now it dosnt work Ive also tried to make alternative keys but even those dont work what should I do?

I think that's part of windows or direct x or something. It's new in Windows 10, I know that.

 

What game are you trying this in?

You can always just use OBS Studio

minecraft and garymod and just on the desktop

You must have XBox app allowed to run in the background, and allow its required permissions, and the feature enabled in the XBox app for it to work.
