Many board vendors released BIOS updates for overclocking on B85, H97 H81 and some other non-Z chipsets for the G3258. (there is no Z81 chipset)

but i have seen people overclocking on h81 on youtube so what are those

.. ??

It's dependant on the board manufacturer releasing a BIOS for the board that supports overclocking, rather than the chipset itself. As far as I can find, that board can't overclock. pretty much ASRock and Asus H97 boards should be able to OC the G3258, as well as many H81 boards. MSI and Gigabyte don't have as many boards with the updated BIOS. Check the BIOS release notes on boards you look at to see if it supports overclocking.
