You should be able to take ownership and then you will have permissions.  Or maybe try running explorer with "run as admin" option, even if you are one already.  If nothing else works, you can fire up an Ubuntu live USB stick and it will delete anything you want ;)

already used disk cleaner, but the folder still remains..

i'm slowly (but surely) migrating to ubuntu. but i'm a bit ends deep with Windows at the moment 

 

also i already tried taking ownership. tells me it failed to take ownership of subdirectories
