I have a problem where my gpu is running on 80-100% clock speeds and high fan speed when i'm not even in-game. I scanned for viruses so it's not the coin mining virus. and to stop this ramping up i have to re-install my gpu drivers every time, and its getting very annoying. This problem didn't occur when i used Windows 7, it started in the 2nd or 3rd day after i got Windows 10, but im not sure that's the cause.

Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

I can give my pc specs if needed.

give your specs and your display/monitor configuration,

list of applications running, a screenshot from GPU-Z sensors tab

and what happens if you run in Safe Mode?

CPU: Intel i7 5820K @ 4.20 GHz | MotherboardMSI X99S SLI PLUS | RAM: Corsair LPX 16GB DDR4 @ 2666MHz | GPU: Sapphire R9 Fury (x2 CrossFire)

Will a full aida64 report be any good, or should i gather data somewhere else?

post the full aida64, if it's not good enough we'll instruct you where to gather it

according to AIDA64 you are running at idle clocks of 300MHz and the GPU fan is off

could you download GPU-Z and look at the Sensors tab, then make a screenshot of that?

I could also recommend reducing your Page File size down to something reasonable like 4GB and updating your GPU drivers to the latest Crimson 16.5.3

drivers are freshly re-installed, since i did it half an hour ago, to stop the clock speed ramping and the noise from the fan. but ok, ill get the info u need. tnx for the help btw.

ok, here are the screens. But currently my gpu is working fine. it's just that to fix this i have to re-install my drivers for it twice a day.

could you please wait for it to act out again and then post a new screenshot together with a new Aida64 report?
