BSOD in Windows install

Hi

I've done the 771 to 775 socket mod succesfully but it has stability issues in windows since i can't get into windows and tried to restart after i get into the bootable usb and start the entire process it gives me a bsod.

its a continuous thing which happens every time and has to do with the processor since it doesn't give me a bsod on my E5400 and does on my new Xeon E5420.

 

Anything I can do?

 

I already reset the bios, reflashed the bios with added microcode,win 8 and win 10, multiple usb and cds.
