File Sharing Help

Hey,

I am developing mods for a gaming server. I am hosting the server but need the other person to have access to ONLY the folder all of the game server files are in. Is there anyway to do this? Please link programs also I haven't done this before.

What os? and is the other person on the same lan? 

also, google, most file sharing options include user permissions in which case you just allow read and write for that user on that folder/directory.

The person is not on the same Lan and I am on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

create a torrent or just upload the archived folder to dropbox or similar.

if its a source engine game you need to put the files on extra webspace so players can download all the files needed, if i remember correctly.
