So i would like to solve the problem that my PC will crash when i run games on 60 fps ( i have to lock games like GTA V , and Fallout 4 to 30 fps just so i can play for more than an hour then it will crash ) it will crash, so i have to lock it.

i have done a furmark test , but i don't know how to check if what makes my games crash, furmark is fine its still running as i type this and the temps are kinda high ( 77 degrees to 84 degrees on 2x msaa and i haven't cleaned it in like 9 months lol ) but even tho when i cleaned this pc 6 months ago GTA V and F4 still crashes.

so would it be the PSU? i have not received any BSOD's when my game crashes its mostly just freezing then i have to go to task manager then end the process there.

Also less crashes happen when i put the settings on the lowest possible, after a fresh reinstall of drivers games seem to crash more often instead of how it did before.

Specs :
Palit Jetstream GTX 770
Corsair CX750M Bronze Power Supply
i5 - 4670k
Kingston 8 GB RAM
WD Green 1 TB
Gigabyte Z87 D3HP Motherboard

I have asked in other sites for help, and no one seems to respond.

Get a program called hwminitor and make sure the temperature is not too high

Temps on idle is 42 Degrees C, pretty sure there's nothing wrong with that or???

EDIT : The Valley benchmark crashes after some green weird stuff appears, also it freezes goes into a black screen then goes back to the valley after that it just crashes.

When you reinstalled drivers did you use DDU? If not, try that.
Is your CPU or GPU overclocked?
Do you see any artifacting or any other randomness in game or during benchmarks?

nope no artifacts, one thing i saw in GTA V tho is those random pink boxes i forgot what their called.

as i said on my edit above that there's green stuff coming outta nowhere in the valley, not sure if its the sun or some weird FX coming out of the grass.

nope no overclocks also yea i did use DDU

It could be possible that the card is dying. Any chance you can get a hold of another card and test?
