Would recommend you buying a 4GB GTX 960 since i'm personally experiencing vram bottleneck on my GTX 670 (2GB) in MGSV.

 

Otherwise, looks good but an R9 380 would give better performance.

I know you don't plan to overclock but I would still recommend a cheap CPU cooler like the 212 Evo. Those stock ones are pretty terrible.

The stock intel cooler is fine. It kept my i7 3770 in check with no problem.

They're not half bad. My i5-6500 is at 50c at full load. For 2 weeks straight. I'm planning on spray-painting the metal black and plasti dipping the fan shroud blue

even though this seems like a budget build i would still recommend a boot ssd
