So i just got my new computer parts and i had raid on my old computer i knew it was going to not work when going to the new system so i backed up to a internal hdd

but now in my new system i cant get the hdd to work if the disks is in raid

p.s. My motherboard is a msi gaming m5 z170a

if the disks is in raid the hdd just disapears

and if i find it and set it as boot priority 1 if begins opening windows but then just goes blue screen and says inaccesseble boot device

and sorry for my bad english

You need to reinstall. Build the new array and install windows onto that new array. Either that or find a way to include the new RAID drives into the old OS and the new array parameters into the old master boot record.

I m just trying to get windows to boot from the hdd
