Sub $100 phone

My friend is looking for a phone less than $100, she uses her phones for the basics (calls, texts, web browsing), listening to music (So MiroSD card slot), and for Snapchat and Instagram (Good selfie and primary cameras). She lives in the US.

Got an Android, never going back to apple again (notice I spelled apple with a lowercase and Android with an uppercase)
