Posted May 26, 2016 I always search around Google for the exact features I want - specific refresh rate, resolution, maybe Freesync. You can generally find good deals with a bit of searching, but make sure you check reviews. Only you know exactly what you want. Thy hath sinneth, and in thy life thou hast fallen to an unholy, unspeakable level of humanity. Thou hast given into your basest needs. And suffered many years under thine Satan-box. However, if thine be willing, as thy hast show yourself to be, thy can ascendeth into thy glorious fold of the glorious church. I have been searching, I was thinking of getting an Acer but my friend says all 4k monitors below the $600 price range sucks.
 What do you want? 4k, of course. I don't think you can get anywhere above 60 Hz with 4k. I would have to disagree with your friends, there's almost certainly something you could find cheaper than $600 without an issue. Still, be careful and make sure whatever place you buy from does returns and warranty. For example, the ASUS PB287Q is 4k at around $450, and I bet you could find cheaper if you tried. I got the Acer B286HK ymjdpprz 28-inch for $399 should I get it?
Posted May 26, 2016 There are some mixed reviews for it (always check the reviews for an item). I don't know for sure, as I don't own one, but it seems like a good deal if you don't get a bad panel.
