Super cheap game now build

So i'm looking to get a super cheap build to play games such as League of Legends, CS:GO, Dota and Blizzard games that are easy to run. So I put together this build and does it meet the criteria? The Hard Drive isn't filled because I have a spare 320gb 7200RPM seagate barracuda.

If I were you then i would swap out the fanless heatsink since amds are known to get quite hot. Any cooler but fanless.
