Graphics in csgo are laggy asf rn

i have had this problem for a couple of days now and the problem is is that everytime i start up csgo my framerate and graphics are just f**ked up pls help

Is there any way you can tell us the specs and parts of your build?
Integrated graphics?

gtx 970 

z97 gigabyte motherboard

600gb ssd

250gb hdd

16gb ram total

i think there is something wrong with the game because when im not in the game the computer runs perfectly but in game everything goes to crap also there are little like green patches that appear on the doors in game and yes i have verifyed game cache and restarted but not working
