Voltage too high?

So i am new to overclocking on Intel CPU's. 

I have got an I7 4790K on a MSI z97a Gaming 7 cooled by an H115I with 2 Noctua IPPC PWM 2000 fans (max 1300 rpm so pretty quiet) .

My overclock is 4,7Ghz with 1.25V (AVG core temp on aida64: 68°C) is this voltage too high?

No that's fine

I would never recommend going above 1.4V

Personally the maximum i'd recommend is 1.35V

1.25v? Damn, mine gets 1.365v for 4.5ghz

No that's perfectly fine. If you take the voltage to 1.3 or even 1.4 you might be able to hit 4.9 or even 5 if you are lucky. It seems like you won the silicon lottery. Make sure to check temps if you do increase your voltage.
