What should I get?

If the 290x is supposed to compete with the 780/Titan than it will surely be better than the 770. But it's more expensive.

The question is more or less 780 vs 290x

Those three games are a major selling point!  Also I think you get BF4 if you pre-order...

That is very limited edition and only for 290X's. You can only pre-order the limited edition versions, you cannot pre-order normal 290X's. 

So, yeah. Kinda "different", though you are right.

And secondly, you should probably be asking if you should get a

GTX 780 and/or a Titan.....Or the R9

i hope you don't think the r9 290 is gonna be the same price as a 770

+1 on the R9 290X. I would get it with a non-reference cooler so you can overclock it. :)
