I'd say trust 3D mark but I could be wrong. Ether way on point.

Yeah you're probably right. To be honest I don't think it's worth OC'ing that far anyway. I run them at stock most of the time, not much pushes these cards at 1440p.

Regarding Asic quality I have 71% and 68% on my 970s. On stock bios they couldn't OC past 1450. With a 1.28v bios they can both OC to 1550 easy. And my vrams wonderfully golden which has been running at 8260 Mhz 24/7 since the day I got them.

Linus is my fetish.

Lower ASIC tends to require more voltage but then, there goes the heat factor.

Yep, and that's why it's said a lower ASIC score is better for LN2.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

I'm holding off until the post-Pascal architecture is released. Also, I'm waiting until we get a GPU that can drive 4K ultra settings at 60fps. Also, I think I'm going to do a platform upgrade before I get a newer GPU.

I'm pretty sure the 1080 Ti if it comes will make this possible.... the 1080 is close, but not totally...
