my monitor start have lines in bottom of screen..do i need to look for new monitor or can it be fixed?

it is  YAMAKASI LEONIDAS 30" LCD 2560x1600 IPS PANEL

Lines sometimes dissapear and come back.

I think this is a malfunctioning component inside the monitor itself. Repairing it would be possible but the time and money put into it could be vast. You're probably better off buying a new monitor. How old is it? Did anything hit it or did this just show up out of nowhere?

I buy from this seller 3 years ago.Monitor was 3 years on same table..so not hit anything.

I payed extra money for perfekt pixel.Lines just show from bottom ..I am change cable and try another graphics card..but still same..I will open monitor..but need to find which part i can check first .

there should be a ribbon cable going from the lcd screen to the board in the monitor. before you take it apart see if squeezing part of the monitor rim or gently press on the screen to see if it goes away. If it does then it is probably internal to the screen itself and not a ribbon cable issue. but checking the cable is free, so I would check that anyways.
