What would be some cheapest build you could probably imagine, that I could build for the first time? I've never build a first computer, and I'd rather ruin components for 500 euro, rather than 3000 euro if something goes wrong. 2 HDDs, 1 GPU, 1 CPU, 2 RAM sticks, 1 case, 1 PSU, "couple" fans would be great. It can be super low-end doesn't need to be high-end, as long as it helps me in making it boot and learn how to create stuff. As long as it boots, it's fine. I have no minimum space requirement, can be even 10GB, RAM sticks of 128MB would work, as long as it is able to run LiveCD from Linux. CPU can be mono-core. Really. I'm talking about smoking trashbin, my first attempt at building a computer.

Something I could buy, assemble and have least worry that I screw something up while following a tutorial.

If you are building this solely to be a practice build, then I would say it is unnecessary. Building a computers in incredibly simple, and not nearly as delicate as you might think. The chance that you will kill a component is extremely unlikely, as long as you plug things in where theyre supposed go and do not force anything. Honestly just don't even worry about it. It looks complicated on tutorials in all but it isnt bad. I built my first computer like 6 months ago and i made many mistakes, none of which mattered.

Take this thread to the section of this forum that is actually for building computers. Off-Topic threads don't get announced in the 'recent topics' section, so the only people who will find this thread are those look through off-topic.
