Budget Build

My friend has converted from console to PC gaming after trying out mine and he really wants one, however his budget is tight so I want to make sure he gets the most out of it.

He can save up a little bit but not much as he sold his console to add up into his budget and we're 2 weeks away from summer break and we want both to play with each other ASAP.

The budget rounds the 250-300€ WITHOUT the GPU.

Obviously I'm buying used but I'm unsure what to get.

I was looking at a cheap motherboard such as the h61-m and a i5 2500k, however I'm not sure if it's worth spending a little more on the motherboard and overlock the i5 2500k since it's rather an old CPU an overlock would come in handy, I also have a hyper 212 evo cooler that I'll give to him.

Thoughts so far?

8gb ram, cheap case, etc.

Now, for the GPU and PSU, which ones should I get?

I was looking over at the 750Ti which is enough for the games he wants to play so far, which will be cs:go etc, I'm not sure if h1z1 will run but no worries, once he gets more money he can sell the 750ti and buy a more powerful card.

Now, I'm not buying the PSU used, that's for sure, but which one should I get?

I've never heard of that motherboard but I'm pretty sure I can't overclock on these, I also found the same cpu, ASUS P8P67 EVO , 8gb ram, hyper 212 and a 5780 up for sale for 250€.
